The Name of God
The Holy Bible reveals the Name of God. God is the Alpha and Omega, the first and only God. Since God is the only God that means he did not have parents to give Him a Name. God created a Name for Himself from the Everlasting Covenant He made with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
I AM the Lord, your Holy One, The Creator of ISREAL, your King.”
Isaiah 43:15
How can we as the Children of God ignore the NAME that came from the Mind and Mouth of God. For this reason God gave the Commandment: MAN SHALL NOT TAKE THE NAME OF THE LORD, OUR GOD IN VAIN.
ISREAL IS THE NAME OF GOD
God created this One Name to identify Himself, His Kingdom and His people.
II Samuel 7:23
And who is like Your people, like ISREAL, the one nation on the earth whom God went to redeem for Himself as a people, to make for Himself a NAME.
Nehemiah 9:10
You showed signs and wonders against Pharaoh, against all his servants, and against all the people of his land. For You knew that they acted proudly against them. So You made a NAME for Yourself, as it is this day.
Daniel 9:15
And now, O Lord our God who brought Your people out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and made Yourself a NAME, as it is this day –we have sinned, we have done wickedly.
The Name ISREAL reveals the existence of God. The word ISREAL is made up of two words, IS and REAL. The word IS means to EXIST and the word REAL means to be TRUE. When Moses ask God His Name, God said tell them that I AM. The phrase I AM simply means to EXIST.
Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He IS, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Jeremiah 10:10
But the Lord is the TRUE God; He is the living God and the Everlasing King.
II Samuel 7:28
And now, O Lord God, You are God, and Your Words are TRUE, and You have promised this goodness to Your servant.
